Mô tả công việc

The International Sales Managers acts as the primary contact person for our customers, and he is responsible for the relationship development and sales activities in his assigned territory. He reports to the Head of Sales and is responsible to deliver allocated sales targets, drive the sales performance and identify new opportunities.

- Develops customer relationships to an excellent level to ensure customer strategic aims and objectives are understood to develop winning business strategies to maintain existing business, and achieve new business opportunities
- Identifies and acquires new customers
- Analyses the market potential in his assigned territory and provides insights into regional market developments to the commercial organization on a regular basis
- Provides regular reports and maintains the integrity and completeness of information required for reporting & projects in the CRM tool
- Achieves the revenue and market potentials
- Provides technical on-site support to ALFA’s customers
- Visits customers regularly
- Prepares and participates in exhibitions
- Manages and supports distributors

Yêu cầu ứng viên

*** REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a multinational environment
- University degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Chinese or any other Asian language is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in international selling (foam processing industry preferred)
- Technical understanding and ability to explain and demonstrate technical products
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented
