Prolink Consulting is boutique recruiting firm to provide unique quality service in Hong Kong by experienced recruiter to cover across Asia Pacific region. Prolink is specialized in insurance industry and has their own strategy as well as working environment, rewarding system, location and working hours.

Currently, Prolink is looking to hire junior recruiter personnel.

We are looking for someone who wants to establish new career as recruiter globally, who wants to work for long term with us.

- This role will be covering Asia Pacific region to meet our clients' needs and maintain relationship with clients and candidates as well as developing new clients in Asia Pacific.
- Some travel may be required to maintain relationships.
- Eventually, it is possible to transfer to other branch including Japan as our business expands.
- Decent commission system and chance to make decent money. With proper training and learning, you will be able to make decent money and will be rewarded by the company well.
- We are happy to sponsor work visa in Hong Kong to the highly potential candidate.

Required skills:
1. Excel (good command)
2. Outgoing personality
3. Proactive thinking
4. Native level of English (No need to speak Cantonese, Chinese)
5. Motivation to make good salary and who wants to have work-life balance.
6. Someone who wants to build “career” rather than job widely across Asia Pacific.
7. Some recruiter experience and/or insurance industry experience

Advantage:
1. Sales/ Marketing experience in any industry
2. Japanese language is advantage, possibility to move to Japan near in the future.
