Internal Communication Assistant (Contractor)

The Internal Communication Assistant will work closely with Line Manager, HRBPs and relevant stakeholders to ensure the needs of engagement plan for the whole organization as well as for specific divisions/ departments are well addressed. This role collaborates with not only HR team but also other departments for creating written and multimedia content that contributes to their implementation plans and helps engage employees and keep them connected to the Corporate and HR activities.

Responsibilities
• Design and develop communications that support HR programs and activities, including employee engagement, total rewards, health and welfare, performance management, onboarding and more;
• Ensure smooth, consistent and comprehensive communications in internal channels such as Amway HUB, emails, posters, briefing notes, employee memo, staff meeting...
• Plan, write and develop content for internal communications portal – Amway HUB (interface review, bi-weekly newsletter, engagement activities...) to increase employee engagement within company;
• Work with vendors such as: printing supplier, event supplier, freelance designer... to make sure any order of services/products will be delivered on time & in an appropriate manner;
• Collaborates with Employee Engagement team and other internal stakeholders to organize employee events;
• Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing, PR-Communications or a related field;
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills;
• Good command of written and reading (English & Vietnamese);
• Knowledge of communications practices and competent in content/graphic design creation;
• Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of multiple media communication platforms that maximize effectiveness of employee communications;
• Willing to change and experiment with new concepts;
• Able to work through challenges, fast-paced changes;
• Resourceful, creative, details-oriented;
• Computer skills
o MS Office suite of programs
o Social Media
o Knowledge of using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustration preferred
o Prior video production experience preferred
