Immigration Coordinator

Position Overview:
Resident Global is looking for a dynamic candidate to work in the General Admin team of a fast-moving agency in second residence and citizenship planning as the Immigration Coordinator working at its Ho Chi Minh City office.

Duties and Responsibilities
- For immigration division, act as Immigration Coordinator to:
- Make consultancy service contracts
- Collect required documents from customers in timely manner
- Organize and maintain accurate immigration records of customers
- Fill application forms and prepare documents as requested in order to complete immigration applications
- Analyze and assist lawyers in building strong and convincing records to increase customers’ chance of success
- Review all files periodically to ensure timely applications, submissions and follow up on all communications regarding filed applications
- Liaison with partners and frequently update customers about government’s changes in immigration process and regulations;
- Support marketing activities if needed
- To perform any other tasks as and when required.

• Bachelor degree or diploma, preferably major in foreign language, business administration or related areas
• Background qualification in personal assistant/secretary/administrative works
• More than 1-2 years of work experience related to documentation processing
• Detail-oriented, good at time management, fast learner, with a can-do attitude
• Handle Client’s cases within the timely manner and flexible in all situations
• Work under high pressure and well-performed of assigned tasks
• Able to communicate effectively with Clients and consult on the documentation
• Proficiency MS Office: Word, Excel
• Strong command in English (both spoken & written)

Salary range: 8-12 mil VND
