Tiki.vn is looking for HRBPs to help HR solve exciting problems and work with Global Leaders. The focus of this position will be to partners with leadership to drive performance and continued enhancement of the Tiki’s culture and capability . Responsibilities
- Serves as a change agent for Tiki and business vertical to assist in exceeding goals and objectives
- Serves as primary point person and consultant for all Human Resources matter for the Assigned Business Vertical. Provides advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance related issues, including identifying key talent, succession planning, recognition and rewards, attendance/performance issues, performance improvement, and terminations.
- Be a key member of human resource team and participate in ensuring that the human resources policies, practices and programs support the business strategy, management principles, shared values, legal commitments, culture and philosophy.
- Provides insightful reports and analysis of essential HR data to Business Leaders. Recommends programs and/or enhancements as necessary.
- Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, and mentoring to develop human resources team. He/she will ensure that core competencies are in place for the human resource team to be effective business partners.
- Take a true hands-on approach to all issues and successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement

- 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in a Human Resources department is required with the majority of that time spent in HR generalist responsibilities.
- High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Must have excellent understanding of HR operations and willingness to be hands-on, when required.
