Mô tả công việc

VIG is looking for a HR Officer to lead HR related work within VIG, as well as recruitment work for VIG and the companies in its portfolio.

• Liaise with investment team members to understand and help with their recruitment needs
• Establish a large network within the Vietnamese business community, using various methods (e.g. networking, LinkedIn, search databases) to identify potential candidates to be recruited for VIG and for the investee companies in VIG’s portfolio
• Build an internal database of candidates and resumes
• Write job descriptions for positions that need to be recruited
• List, advertise and otherwise broadly communicate positions to be recruited
• Conduct CV screening & interviews with potential candidates; arrange additional interviews with other VIG and portfolio company managers
• Collect feedback on candidates during the interview process and provide recommendations based on own and others’ feedback
• Draft offer letters and manage other paperwork for successful candidates
• Keep abreast of candidates’ performance during their probation period, and assist in collecting feedback, drafting employment contracts and other paperwork and procedures as required once candidates pass probation
• Gather information on market compensation & recruitment practices via various means (e.g. networking, surveys); provide advice on market salary rates when requested
• Evaluate, recommend and manage recruitment service providers (e.g. Vietnamworks, headhunters) and other HR service providers that VIG works with
• Implement VIG’s recruitment process; review and improve the process as needed to enhance effectiveness of recruitment activities
• Manage & carry out C&B task like payroll, benefit, insurance, , employee’s profile filing and record
• Coordinate and give guidance of implementation of HR policies and procedures (performance appraisal, promotion, leave, discipline, working regulation, labor code etc.)
• Provide support for other HR initiatives as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 5 years of experience in HR general and recruitment, prefer candidates who have strong experience in recruitment / headhunter agencies
• Bachelor’s degree in HR management not required but preferred
• Good network within the Vietnamese business community and Vietnamese Labour Code
• Strong networking skills; energetic and outgoing personality
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Strong English skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proactive, takes initiative to drive and complete projects
