Mô tả công việc
- Directly calculate monthly salary.
- Doing other welfare procedures.
- Checking the timekeeping, salary calculation.
- Monitor and calculate the salary of the trading floor staff according to the regulations of the Trading floor.
- Check and compare the implementation of the salary regulation of the Trading Floor.
- Making procedures for payment of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees:
- Making procedures to adjust salary for social insurance when there is a change in payment.
- Extension of health insurance card for employees: Before June and January every year.
- Making procedures to declare and increase periodic labor reduction according to state regulations.
- Do the procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, BHTN submit social insurance agencies as prescribed.
- Procedures and documents related to personal income tax and dependents.
- Other jobs as assigned by HR Director

- Graduated from College, University specialized in Law, Economics, Agriculture and Forestry Administration, Labor Relations
- At least 2 years of experience at the same position.
- Proficient in office information, good excel skills.
- Dynamic, creative, independent, good communication.
- Careful, attentive, hardworking and honest.
- Resistant to high pressure at work.
- Graduated from College, University specialized in Law, Economics, Agriculture and Forestry Administration, Labor Relations
- At least 2 years of experience at the same position.
