Mô tả công việc
I. Objectives
- Lead all HR activities including compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee performance KPIs, reward, and training for the whole group.
- Translate business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. HR Budget Plan & Management:
- Analyze and manage all HR related expenses, align human capital expenditures to approved budget.
- Conduct quarterly/ annual HR report and HR budget/ action plan for next reporting cycles.
2. Compensation & Benefits Management:
- Accountable for the overall management of all administration associated with Human Resource Management including but not limited to: timely and accurate payroll, contract management; social/medical insurance enrollment/claims; personal income tax monthly/yearly declaration/finalization, employee file maintenance.
3. Reward & Remuneration
- Support CEO with the Salary Review Process
- Identify issues that the company needs to address in its human capital strategy
- Work with Line Managers on Salary Review process guidelines and ensure reasonable market-rate salary to employees.
- Ensure salary reviews are completed on time / on budget, unbiasedly, and consistently across subsidiaries/ teams.
- Manage deemed salary reviews as appropriate.
4. Talent Acquisition:
- Work with department managers to understand future hiring needs to develop talent acquisition strategies and headcount plan.
- Build efficient recruitment approaches to source, hunt and develop a network of candidates.
- Manage recruitment process: post job, screen resumes, schedule interviews, input database, evaluate candidates, generate offer letter.
- Manage the recruitment team and make reports on the performance.
- Oversee all internal communication activities relating to talent acquisition.
5. Training & development
- Create annual training plan and propose respective budget.
- Develop and updating HR policies, procedures and employee handbook
- Manage internal communication channels and content.
- Initiate and maintain employee services such as HR personnel’s training & development, staff support program, employee relations, and grievance management, etc.
- Keep all HR related regulation, policies, code of conducts, and other materials up to date.

Education: University Degree, Major in Human Resources, or in related fields
Technical Skills: Good at MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Industry experience: 5+ years experienced in HR, 1+ year at manager level (at firm with 100+ employees), Having experience working in a Startup environment is an advantage
Leadership skills: Good team management skill, have a mindset to grow others
Personal qualities:
Good analysis, logical thinking and problem-solving skill
Positive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace challenges, performs under pressure
Demonstrate experience with human resources metrics
Excellent at negotiation, interview and screening skills
Skilled at delivering training
Hands-on approaches to issues
Technology skills: Experience in recruiting technical talent at an IT/ Internet company is plus
Language skills: Fluent in English
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
