Mô tả công việc
HRBP is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources operations for an Assigned Division (Division) and ensure they’re aligned with business objectives. HRBP serves as primary point person and consultant for all Human Resources matter for the Division, including:
● Recruit, attract, select the best fit talents for the Division and retain talents. Follow up onboarding program.
● Support managers of the Divisions on employee performance related issues (including performance evaluation, career development, promotion, recognition and rewards, and disciplinary actions)
● Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and employee engagement.
● Identify training needs for the Division. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
● Provide insightful reports and analysis of essential HR data to the management. Recommends enhancements as necessary.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Passion for education.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment, experience in HRBP or education is a plus.
● Good at English Communication
● Proficiency in MS Office
● High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
● Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills (verbal & written)
● Must have excellent understanding of HR operations and willingness to be hands-on, when required.
