JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Compensation
- Monthly time keeping and payroll calculation
- Responsible for working with bank for transferring monthy salary to employee
- Quaterly/annually personal income tax declaration and related PIT report;
- Register PIT code for employee, guide for the dependant procedure
2. Social Insurance:
- Payment relating to social and health insurance, personal accident insurance;
- Operations relating to SI book and HSI card
- Claiming on SI increasing and decreasing monthly based
3. Recruitment: Take steps regarding recruitment such as prepare JD, post job, screen CV, organize interview, do the salary analys
4: Training: Implement the pre-joining and joining procedure and Orientation training to new employee
5. HR database: Update internal database, personnel profile
6 Contract: Prepare and manage all kind of contracts related to employee such as probationary contract, labor contract, liquidation contract, resignation letter, etc.
3. Others:
- Take part in HR projects;
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
- Ensure all employees comply with company policies and procedures.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
REQUIREMENT
- Strong hands-on experiences on payroll and social insurances should be must (PIT declaration experiences will be plus)
- Recruiting hands-on experiences (Recruiting dashboard, search vendor management, mature communication with candidates, etc.)
- Good command for both written and spoken in English;
- Strong Time management skill and ability to work under pressure
- Good at MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
- Can-do attitude and passion in the HR field.
