Mô tả công việc
Reports to: General Manager
Overall Responsibility:
Act as the main executor for HR and Admin function to ensure the on-going operation of Vietnam Office to run smoothly.
Main Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition, Retention and Development:
- Implement the recruitment and on/off boarding process for new staff
- In charge of the entire recruitment process across all departments in VN: from job advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing to offering.
- Collaborate with department Head about the roles within the team to write proper job description and ensure job description clear, updated and effective for recruitment.
- Develop proper recruitment plan or method to attract talents at optimum cost.
- Collaborate with department Head to build Person Development Plan for each team members.
- Measure employee satisfaction to inform BOM and propose a suitable employee retaining strategy.
- Collaborate with regional HR to organizing Training and Development sessions
- Updating the company organization chart.
Employee relation:
- Be a confidential point of contact for all employees. Act to promote good relations, ensure good communication and resolve conflicts.
- Serve as a link between management and employees, organize sharing or orientation sessions to transfer the company vision and culture as well as collecting idea contribution from employees.
- Develop an open, fair, supportive culture by encouraging positive thinking.
- Manage disciplinary matters, grievances etc.
- Organize recreational team building activities to strengthen the employee spirit.
Compensation & Benefits/ Payroll:
- Collaborate with management team to set up the company policies and processes based on business growth and law. Identify areas which need to be addressed for happiness of staff.
- Benchmark and propose salary range for positions based on surveys. Propose HR budgets for management’s decision.
- Administrate performance evaluation periodically and appraisal for salary review and contract renewal
- Mainly responsible for monthly payroll and C&B matters for Vietnam including SHUI, PIT and additional accident and health insurance plan. Take care of incentive letter and payment for sales staff.
- Administrate personnel records, leave system.
Administration:
- In charge of Office administration such as looking for vendors, office facility maintenance and renovation, stationery and drinking water order, telephone and internet issues, office security, cleaning, name card, badge, uniform, parking, …
- Support IT team in coordinating with related vendors, equipment setup or maintenance, …
- Assist in staff travelling such as flight and hotel booking, visa application, transportation, …
- On-site support for staff welfare and requisition at the company’s exhibitions
- Raise PR/PO in the company system for vendor’s payment.
- Support General Manager as an assistant as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Hold Bachelor Degree
- Competent in Microsoft Office, outlook
- Be fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Have at least 4 year experience in HR and Admin Generalist, knowledgeable in labor law and tax regulation.
- Be good at critical thinking, interpersonal skill
- Possess problem solving, analytical, influencing and persuading skill
- Greatly follow up on processes
- Strict sense of confidentiality
- Leadership and management skill is plus
- Competent in Microsoft Office, outlook
- Be fluent in Vietnamese and English
