Head of Finance & Accounting

Financial Analysis
- Coordinates all aspects of budgeting, financial evaluations and reporting
- Collect and monitors performance data against forecast
- Assist in business planning
- Prepares division’s fiscal year budget
- Analyze operating budget and variances
- Project future expenditures
- Monitors departmental expenditures
- Develops cost-control guidelines
- Addresses potential conflicts of interests; potential impact of contractual obligations

Controlling
- Manage cashflows; prepares financial schedules
- Approves and control budgets (weekly)
- Evaluates internal controls
- Compares actual vs budget
- Supplies information for use in income projections
- Financial reporting vs operational finance
- Corrective actions on a timely basis
- Interpret financial data
- Understanding of new legislation
- Income projections

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Have knowledge in finance and accounting regulations
- Familiar with tax regulations (such as: income tax)
- Experience in financial management and budgeting
Others:
- English & Vietnamese language skill mandatory
- Domestic & occasional international travelling required
- Direct reporting to the General Director

- Bonus for 13th and 14th month
- Training abroad
