OUT-2 Design is looking for a Head of Architecture & Interior Design to join our award winning team of Architects and Interior Designers in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
The role is responsible for leading the Architecture/ Design Teams to ensure client and business objectives are met in accordance with OUT-2 Design standards and design philosophy:
• The leadership and management of the Design teams, providing technical support, coaching and guidance to them.
• Managing the design and project delivery for specifically assigned projects.
• Understanding and overseeing all projects to ensure they are properly owned and managed by others.
• Ensuring design briefs are properly understood and delivered in accordance with client’s requirements and OUT-2 Design standards and philosophy.
• Ensuring OUT-2 Design standards and regulatory requirements are met through the design process.
• Managing and liaising with clients through the design process and delivery cycle.
• Representing OUT-2 Design professionally and promoting the company’s services at every opportunity

For the position, we prefer Vietnamese nationality with the following skills/ attributes:
• MBA or Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design
• 8-10 years of experience working with international clients across a broad range of commercial projects in various industry segments
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong client management skills
• Excellent creative and technical skills in Auto Cad, hand sketching and other industry related software
• Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese both speaking & writing
