[HCM - Urgent] CMO / Marketing Director (New Technology) ***attractive Salary***

Capable to create marketing strategy of the company and execute the strategy at his/her own initiative
● Cover all areas of marketing including, Product Launch, Media Relations, Promotional Strategy and Overall Marketing Campaigns focus in blockchain technology business nature;
● Plan and manage editorial contents for our own social media accounts (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) – including developing editorial calendar, drafting post copy, working with vendors on content localization and local content creation;
● Develop marketing plans on Token Issuance and Listing campaign with the business objectives in order to achieve sustainable growth of the organization;
● Develop social media campaign, digital initiatives and ideas to support movie launch and franchise activities;
● Oversee the entire marketing function including CRM, Media Relations, Brand and Content Marketing;
● Brief and liaise with vendors and agencies on creative and production to ensure timely and quality delivery of work;
● Work closely with internal team such as project and technical teams to ensure campaigns going smooth;
● Proactively explore innovative and new digital marketing opportunities;
● Establish and manage strong presence in the market and develop strong relationship with banks, merchants and business partners;
● Manage both marketing and event budget;
● Analyse the business portfolio, consumer insight and customer behaviour to identify opportunities in maximizing customer profitability;
● Brand building and development for the Company and clients.

● University graduate in ecommerce, Marketing, or Business-related disciplines;
● At least 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years of management experience; Asia Pacific or international exposure would be an advantage;
● Strong experience in telegram group management and local community creation would be an advantage;
● Experience in airdrop and bounty service would be an advantage;
● Innovative, proactive and independent with strong business senses;
● Detail oriented, with strong sense of responsibility and a good team player;
● Knowledge in Blockchain Technology is essential;
● Knowledge in ICO and STO would be an advantage;
● Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
