Mô tả công việc
WHAT YOU‘LL DO
***MONTHLY PAYROLL (60%)
- Calculate and manage monthly payroll, attendance/ leave record for employees
- Prepare monthly report (manpower) or other related report whenever required for HR management
- Provide inputs to develop best practice and competitive C&B structure to meet company reward policies
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current regulations
- Ensure line managers are up to date with changes of HR policies or labor regulations
***INSURANCE & INCOME TAX (30%)
- Handle all statutory insurance procedures for employees, including social insurance, unemployment and health insurance
- Support company members regarding insurance regulations
- Prepare monthly and annual personal income tax declarations
- Liaise with tax authorities to handle any issues of personal income tax and inform relevant members promptly
- Register company workforce to Labor office where required
- Manage Trade Union activities and required filing with District Trade Union authority
***OTHERS (10%)
- Manage labour contract and its relevant documents
- Manage Visa, TRC, Work permit and other paper work relating to foreigner as required
- Assist HR related activities or company events, team building where required
- Assist HR Management to measure employee satisfaction/engagement, identify improvement areas and propose action plan

ARE YOU OUR "FIT"?!
- Degree in related fields would be an advantage
- Have at least 3 years experience in C&B in an international and high volume of headcount
- English fluency in verbal and writing
- Be able to work independently and proactively; willing to take on new responsibilities where needed
- Positive attitude & high level of maturity
- Willing to work in start-up environment
