[HCM] Korean Company Is Looking for Accountant With Fulltime Job (Gross Salary $800~$1000)

1/ Accounting work:
A) Daily work
- Manage payable/ receivable account, make sure all accounting vouchers are properly recognized into MISA Accounting system (*mandatory).
- Review and correct daily transactions to ensure all transactions recorded into
Misa Accounting system correctly and compliance with current regulations
- Reconcile for bank payment.

B) Monthly work
- Perform month-end closing transactions relating to FA/Tool depreciation/disposal, accrued operating expenses, salary, PIT-CIT- FCT calculation and declaration, revaluation FX.
- Review and correct the booking entries of allocating expense or income.
- Perform account code reconciliation every month
- Completely and accurately record Fixed Assets transfer, acquisitions, dispositions and related depreciation according to the company’s policies and local tax requirements.
- Perform and manage properly reconciliation between FAR and General Ledger
- Regular cooperate with HR about reconciliation salary payable, insurance and PIT
- Support other teams to give instructions for accounting treatment if need.
- Run TB and send to related division.

C) Quarterly work:
- Prepare VAS FS quarterly to ensure accuracy and compliance with current regulations

D) Yearly work
- Yearly communicate with other Department to Inventory asset., External Audit or other task of Inspection/Checking if any
Prepare VAS FS yearly.

1/ Basic Requirement:
- Major in Accounting (University or College)
- Over 01 year experience
- Meticulous and punctual character

2/ Job Requirement
- Have good level of Listening, Speaking in English.
- Good computer skills for accounting (Misa accounting software, word, excel, power point, Internet, email).
- Do some extra work such as GA and HR (Payroll report, booking hotel, ticket... )

3/ More allowance if candidate can:
- Speak Korean.
- Nearby live in Binh Thanh or District 2.

4/ Working condition and office address:
- Working time is from 8:30 ~ 17: 30 ( Monday ~ Friday ) and off on Saturday, Sunday and Holiday.
- Office is Vinhomes Central Park, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
