JOB DESCRIPTION

- Phối hợp với Bộ phận mua hàng (SCM) để thông báo với NCC về điều kiện và thời gian giao hàng phù hợp, số lượng giao hàng, chất lượng hàng hóa như phía nhà hàng đã đưa ra
- Thực hiện quy trình đặt hàng, nhận hàng và kiểm kê theo quy trình cho Đồ uống, Thực Phẩm và các mặt hàng khác
- Sắp xếp Kho hàng
- Nộp tiền cho Ngân Hàng
- Làm việc với kế toán, ngân hàng để chuẩn bị tiền lẻ trả lại cho khách,
- Liên hệ với khách hàng đặt cọc cho nhà hàng qua hình thức chuyển khoản (khách đặt tiệc)
- Kiểm tra, kiểm soát hóa đơn đỏ (của NCC, của khách hàng) và làm việc cùng kế toán để xử lý các trường hợp liên quan…
- Đảm bảo kiểm soát các hóa đơn chứng từ đầy đủ và nộp cho văn phòng đúng hạn.
- Thực hiện các báo cáo (theo mẫu) định kỳ của nhà hàng (về chỉ số hài lòng của khác hàng, biến động nhân sự, v.v)
- Hỗ trợ Quản lý/Giám sát nhà hàng về các vấn đề khác theo yêu cầu

- Work with SCM to inform the suppliers about delivery condition (delivery time, delivery frequency, delivery quantity and quality)
- Proceed the order, receive and check procedure with Food, drink and non-food items
- Organize tidy and clean Store
- Take responsible with bank transfer money (sales) to Bank
- Work with Accounting dept, bank to control and exchange small money for restaurant
- Contact with customers who made deposit via bank transfer
- Check and control the red invoice of suppliers and customers, work with Accounting dept to solve the problems…
- Manage all receipts, red invoice and send to supporting team
- Implement weekly/monthly inventory for Food, Non food
- Implement daily/weekly/monthly report of restaurant (NPS, HR…)
- Support RM and FSV in other daily operation activities as per request

- Have more than 1 years experience in Store experience in F&B field is advantage.
- Have negotiation skill with each supplier.
- Business level English and Native level Vietnamese
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication & analytical skill, and problem solving skill.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed
- Positive attitude & high level of maturity
- Willing to work in startup environment
- Able to accept criticism from others


SALARY- BENEFIT
- Starting with 8 mill with benefit (Sales and tip) (Negotiable at interview)
- There is 1 months probation period (After probation, we discuss about type of employment including salary)
Probation salary is 8 mill and tip (No sales bonus)
- Income tax and insurance fee will be deducted from the salary
- Social and Health Insurance (After passing probation term)
