[Hanoi] Foreigner Supporter

As a personal assistant to foreigners, you will provide secretarial and personal support to them. Your responsibilities would also include:
- Making suggestions and recommendations about places of equipment guarantee, maintenance, and repair; regarding healthcare and entertainment as well, this should be including undertaking research, planning of itineraries and making necessary bookings with vendors.
- Your main responsibility would be to provide support by discussing whatever comes up as a foreigner starting a new life in Vietnam. You don't need to be an expert, but you do need to be able to evaluate situations and share your opinions.
- Assist with family property management, liaising with agents and tenants
- Any other ad-hoc personal assistant’s related duties assigned
- Be comfortable in all forms of transportation: bus, motorbike, car, plane.
- Being on-call by mobile phone 24/7.
- Be available to work on the weekend.
- Be responsible to hold some special events occasionally
- Other tasks required by managers.

- Strong verbal and speaking English skills (equal to IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 800)
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Willing and be interested in working with foreigners
- English / Vietnamese translation and interpretation.
- You also need a deep understanding of the Vietnamese culture (preferred)
- Ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks.
- Be able to learn new things.
- A fun and responsible person.
- Trustworthy, careful and organized.
- Good computer skills (familiar with MS Office & Google applications).
- Working time: Work 8 hours/ day (from Monday to Friday), from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm. High preference to those who are available on weekends (if required to work occasionally)
