Group Accounting ManagerTop management

- Manage all accounting activities in District 3, District 5 and Viet Song company for tax reports, and financial reports (BS, PL, Cash flow), briefly.
- Follow AR& AP account, weekly make the plan for the payment in every Friday, yearly prepare the budget for company.
- Control all the cost right to the budget relating to purchasing.
- Control all receivables, daily and weekly report to the Board of management and Manager.
- Control all the booking information entries into the system, reconcile between the system and accounting documents to ensure all business transactions fully and properly recorded.
- Weekly and monthly check petty cash.
- Work with team to manage physically counting inventory and assets.
- Monthly announce the closing schedule and work with other departments to close the accounting book in time.
- Work with team to make financial reports and tax reports.
- Manage bookkeeping.
- Weekly, monthly and yearly report to Board of Director.
- Other tasks as assigned by Board of Director.

- Bachelor/ degree in accounting/ Certificate of chief accountant
- Minimum 2 years in the same position
- Familiar with accounting software (Skill of Fast accounting software is preferable).
- Honest, hard-working, carefully, pro-active.
- Ability to work independently and team work.
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
- Upper intermediate level in English (writing and communicating).
- Working Time: 44h/week (from Monday to Friday)
- Working Place: MD6, Nguyen Luong Bang, District 7, HCM City
