Mô tả công việc
We are now looking for a member to our Customer service team. Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
• Handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
• Enter orders from customers in SAP
• Handle incoming requests from customers via telephone and e-mail
• Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Native-level in German (additional language skills is an advantage)
• Communication level English, as team communication is in English
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
• Well organized and has a high level of empathy
• High sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
• Detail oriented and fast learning
• Commitment minimum 2 years.
Working hours will be office hours (2-3 days/week) and afternoon-evening (2-3 days/week) since the job’s main focus will be on servicing the customers in Europe. Working Monday-Friday.
