General Accountant/ Kế Toán Tổng Hợp

Responsibilities:
o Involve in invoicing and collection of debts including liaise with external customers on overdue account
o Ensure accurate and timely billing
o Resolve billing and accounts receivable issues
o Handle all invoices, cheques and internet banking to vendors and Petty cash reimbursements.
o Review all documents from vendors are in order and obtain approval prior to payment
o Assist in preparing sales and cost of services report with GP for management (weekly and monthly)
o Respond to all vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements
o Assist in reviewing and processing employees reimbursement claims prior to management approval
o Assist in monitoring AR and AP aging including cash flow requirements.
o Update/Review cashbook and perform bank reconciliation
o Review Account Reconciliation to ensure the quality for the preparation, and identify the process can be improved
o Familiar with all the sub division, sub branch or intercompany accounting treatment.
o Assist in preparing various tax report for submission prior to deadline
o Experience with accounting for income taxes under Vietnam Accounting Standard.
o Manage the annual statutory audit preparation, work with firm and tax team to ensure on time filing
o Familiar with company secretary matters.
o Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company internal control policy, accepted accounting practices and local regulatory requirements.
o Provide appropriate Coaching and Mentoring for team members and helping develop a career path.
o To perform financial transactions via internet banking or over the counter.
o Executing several administrative work.
o Assist with any other ad hoc projects as assigned

o Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Accounting related to Logistics Industry with minimum 2 years experience in supervisory role.
o Proficient in MS Office Application, particularly in Excel and Words as well as other accounting softwares and tax softwares.
o A positive and willing to learn attitude
o Meticulous with figures and able to meet tight deadlines
o Strong communication and inter-personal skills with fluent in English
