Originally, Charles Wembley was the pioneer in introducing high tech Medical equipment & devices to Vietnam. In 2006, Charles Wembley started the Kitchen, F&B business in response to the opening up of the market after Vietnam joined WTO. This started a rapid growth of fast food chain & hotel market thus it also created a huge demand for professional and industrial kitchens. In 28 years of development & expansion with a strong determination to deliver the best quality products, best technical services and best quality supports to our customers, Charles Wembley and Tan Long now has 3 offices & showrooms thoughout Vietnam. Head office is in Ho Chi Minh City, branch offices in Hanoi City & Da Nang City. We are planning to open 3 more branch offices in Nha Trang, Can Tho & Hai Phong. In order to provide a complete Kitchen Solution and Turnkey Projects, we have our own Stainless Steel Factory to enable us to control our product quality for all kitchen projects we undertake. In addition, Charles Wembley and Tan Long has expanded into Cambodia in 2011 with branch in Siem Reap. Today, we are the biggest food service supplier with own stainless steel factory in Cambodia. Product Showroom – We have the large showroom in Vietnam where the latest high quality products on display. You are able to see & touch the actual product that you are buying. Technical Service Supports – We are well-known for our strong technical support. We have a strong Technical Support Team consisting of more than 60 skillful engineers including Foreign engineers. They are based in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang & Phnom Penh. We can ensure you of our best service and you do not need to worry because of the products we supplied, we are in good hands to take care of them. Stainless Steel Fabrication – With our own factory we can now have a better quality products and delivery schedule. We have 2 factories locating in Ho Chi Minh City & Phnom Phenh to serve you. We are now expanding our Ho Chi Minh factory to produce high quality products to meet the market requirement. Test Kitchen – Our Test Kitchen allows us to invite our customer to use it to train their staffs prior opening. We will be conducting more Cooking sessions. The Japanese chefs from Japanese restaurant came to use our test kitchen to try their new products, and train their staffs. Ice- cream demo-training room – An excellent space for our Galeto team testing our Ice-cream and galeto machines, new ingredients and showcases. In this room, you can actual see, train how to make the ice-cream and of course test & taste our products. Coffee-Bar training room – A well-equipped training room displays difference coffee machines, coffee grinders, blenders and top quality coffee and syrups. In this room, our baristas have a great opportunity to create new drinks, make demo to customer using our best ingredients and machines.
