General Accountant (planning to become Chief Accountant)
1. General management/Tổ chức chung:
- General management about accounting job
Quản lý chung công việc kế toán
- Checking all documents and record into accounting software
Kiểm tra chứng từ phát sinh và hạch toán các nghiệp vụ kinh tế phát sinh vào phần mềm kế toán
- Checking receivable, payable and contact with oversea company
Kiểm tra công nợ phải thu, phải trả và liên hệ với công ty nước ngoài
- Management and follow asset and tools as regulation
Thực hiện quản lý và theo dõi tài sản cố định, công cụ dụng cụ
- Checking and making monthly finance report
Kiểm tra và lập báo cáo tài chính tổng hợp hàng tháng
- Has responsibility with company about accounting data, quantity of job
Chịu trách nhiệm trước công ty về số liệu kế toán, chất lượng công việc
- Checking and following related contract
Kiểm tra, theo dõi hợp đồng liên quan
2. Tax duties/Kế toán thuế
- Prepare and making VAT, PIT, CIT, finance report and other tax report
Chuẩn bị và lập báo cáo PIT, CIT, BCTC, và báo cáo thuế liên quan khác
- Contact and explain with tax authority in necessary case
Liên hệ và giải trình với cơ quan thuế khi cần
3. Other jobs/Công việc khác:
- Tính lương hàng tháng
Prepare payroll
- Prepare report to Investment Office, Statitic Authority
Chuẩn bị báo cáo gửi Sở Kế hoạch Đầu tư, Cơ quan thống kê

Chuẩn bị và theo dõi hồ sơ BHXH
- Other job as required

- Qualifications & Experience
+ University Graduation
+ At least 2 years experiences
+ Have knowledge in logistics is preferance
- Language & Skill
+ Good communication skills. Fluent spoken and written English
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills. Advanced Excel skills are a plus
+ Have knowledge in accounting software is preferance

Working time:
- 8:00- 17:00 from Monday to Friday, break time from 12:00 - 13:00.
- On Saturday, working from 8:00 – 12:00 and have 2 Saturdays off per month
