General Accountant & Accountant

- Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaid; analyzing and reconciling retain-age and accounts payable ledgers; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals
- Responsible for all Sunrise online and physical, banking transactions and bank statement reconciliation
- Responsible for budget creation and preparing budget to actual reports
- Responsible for purchase order maintenance, contract safekeeping, and matching of purchase order to payment request
- Responsible for timely issuance of VAT invoices customer invoices as needed, ensuring that receivables are collected promptly
- Assists with the drafting of accounting and finance policy along with Chief Accountant and Controller oversight
- Responsible for the execution of online payments and cash control procedures
- Assist in the compilation of various reports related to tax and business compliance
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
- Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Strong spoken English
- Experience working in accounting preferred
- Knowledge of Office Suite
