Finance Manager (Manufacturing, Long An)

Your role will be a Finance Manager who will set up a new finance team and lead them successfully to manage finance and accounting functions for a heavy industry plant in Ben Luc, Long An, Vietnam.


Description

* Set up the financial department

* Oversee the accounting function and related activities of the plant; ensuring that the record keeping of the Company is complete and accurate.

* Maintain a proper set of books to comply with the local regulation

* Coordinate with US team to record and analysis of a US based books.

* Maintain a comprehensive system of internal controls to ensure proper documentation, authorization, and general controls for all purchases and expenses;

* Cost Accounting- provides US team with accurate cost/profit analysis for each product produced at the factory.

* Analyze and report operations, including periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annually) to the Management team

* Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of inventory and warehouse departments- keeping an accurate account of each individual unit's actual inventory

* Responsible for cash expenditures, cash receipts and to balance cash flow

* Reporting to Vietnam GM and headquarter CFO.


Profile

We are looking for someone of Vietnamese with GAAP qualification. You should have more than 8 years working experience in the manufacturing controlling area. Multi-national Corporation experiences is preferred, bilingual with strong research and analytical skills. In addition, extra sensitivity towards cost; Proficiency in the use of various types of financial systems for financial data analysis; you will also have ability within financial processes and systems.

You also should be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
