Mô tả công việc
1. Advise on a wide range of products with a focus on:
- Syndicated cross-border and onshore/offshore bank financing structures (including acquisition finance, real estate finance and other event driven financings)
- Offshore and domestic bond issuances by Vietnamese banks and corporate issuers
2. Lead drafting and negotiation of facility agreements, intercreditor agreements and other principal finance documents under supervision of partner in English and Vietnamese.
3. Supervise junior associates and trainees
4. Assist with preparation and delivery of client and internal training and other business development activities
5. Candidate should be comfortable in leading all parties negotiations in English and Vietnamese

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Licensed to practice law in Vietnam
• At least 5 year experience. Please include a deal sheet with your application (relevant experience is more important than class year)
Preference for overseas study
• Fluent English and Vietnamese required.
• Ability to draft documents in English and Vietnamese
• Strong commitment to client service
• Team player
• Takes ownership and responsibility of matters
• Attention to detail, organised, efficient and able to work under pressure
