Finance And Account Manager

1. Be responsible for consulting the Board of Directors in the field of finance and accounting.
2. Develop and manage the financial and accounting management system in accordance with the provisions of law and characteristics of the company.
3. Perform financial and accounting tasks.
4. Deploy the accounting system (accounts, documents, vouchers) according to the principles and processes issued.
5. Perform accounting tasks (payment, accounting, voucher control, reporting, VAT, PIT, inventory, audit…..) at units and coordinating agencies.
6. Make plan and report the expenses monthly, quarterly and yearly.
7. Make tax declaration and settlement with tax authorities; working with auditing agencies on financial statements; Prepare Statistical Reports at the request of the Statistics agency.
8. Organize accounting and statistics accounting, accurately and fully reflect the data and situation of capital circulation.
9. Summarize and monitor cash flow.
10. Make loan procedures and documents. Manage and monitor the capital.
11. Check and supervise financial revenues and expenditures, collection and payment obligations, debt payment;
12. Check and evaluate the effectiveness of using capital and assets of the Company.
13. Check and provide professional guidance for accounting units, check the settlement of the company’s projects, products, economic contracts and payment of debts.
14. Analyze the economic efficiency of the company’s projects, constructions and products. Monitor and synthesize the revenue and expenses; report the project management;
15. Participate in appraisal of projects, investment, production and finance – currency plans; deploy planning, actual updates and budget management in the direction and strategy of the Company;
16. Research, organize, manage, build functions and tasks for departments, participate in building rules and working regulations in the Company;
17. Update relevant legal documents on accounting and finance.
18. Other tasks assign from the Director Board.

1. University degree of Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 10 years’ of relevant experience which at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Priority has experience in construction and real estate industry.
2. Chief accountant certificate.
3. Get more certificate about finance and invest will be advance.
4. Understanding law, building law, experience working with contractors and customers.
5. Ability to build accounting system and regulate business cash flow.
6. Excellent in analytical, managerial and interpersonal skills.
7. Experience in loan financing for companies and project.
8. Problem solver.
9. Positive personality, able to communicate proficiently and effectively with all levels and across all functions.
10. Able to communicate well in English and Vietnamese (oral and written).
11. Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, Vietnam accounting standards, Vietnam taxes, and Vietnam corporate laws.
12. Preferably with few years of audit experience with an international accounting firm.
