JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Handle all maintenance / renovation requirements for school and to ensure prompt implementation.
• Liaise with landlord, suppliers, contractors or vendors in respect of the project’s construction/ renovation/ equipment/ facilities set up.
• Assist in the process of tenders preparation;
• Manage & order school/ teaching material with the principal
• Work with authorizers/ officers for legal issues/ documents/ information
• Supervise the facility support team: cleaners, kitchen staff, gardener, handyman
• Work closely with expats for all paper work eg: visa, work permit, etc.
• Supervise and work closely with school’s food caterer
• Provide support to Marketing for school events

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Good command of English.
• At least 02 year experience in relevant field. Experience and knowledge of education industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team
• Capability in operations and regulatory work
• Pleasant, positive, meticulous and independent worker who is able to multi-task
• Able to handle administrative duties with good document organization skills
• Willing to work extra hours and overtime when needed
