Mô tả công việc
- Develop sound and long-term relationship with key influencers of key accounts
- Strategize growth of sales base with a clear goal on generating revenue
- Generate sales quotes, sales proposals and event sales
- Promote and sell functions of the catering and events to achieve the optimum outlet revenue targets
- Liaise closely and promptly, and to provide superior service to guests’ requests and enquiries
- Oversees the selling and servicing processes of group business
- Responds to all enquiries minimally within the same working day
- Work closely with the Marketing team in establishing leads from newspapers, magazines, relevant industry documents and follow up
- Provide customer service and support on sponsored events
- Work closely with both FOH and BOH in ensuring all logistics and operations aspects are met for corporate and sponsored events
- Monitor competitors’ activities and use information when developing strategy
- Perform catering price negotiation with guests based on the established Company’s guidelines
- Provide weekly and monthly sales activity to the Marketing Manager
- Oversee and manage Sales booking from mail, phone, outsources and the booking channels
- Send proposals within 48 hours of request
- Deal with clients, travel agency, and third parties
- Give information to customer (if any) through re-quotes.
- Search for customers for company and develop these relationships
- Update changes in prices to travel agent
- Do other tasks as assigned from time to time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Business related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as Sales Manager in hospitality, hotel or Food and Beverage industry and proven relevant track record of outstanding sales performance.
- Well organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with online platforms, from Trip Advisors & Foody through to Insgram and Facebook.
- Strong sales and negotiation skill.
- Proven track record to initiate and develop a sales strategy to key accounts.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
- Displays a keen eye to detail and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in structuring sales strategy by identifying and prioritizing the largest opportunities in the market.
- Possess positive, energetic and engaging personality.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and/or cohesively with fellow colleagues.
- Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese, both verbal and written.
