Mô tả công việc

1. Secretary function for CS Director
- Assist Head of CS in all matters belonging to secretarial functions/Handle all incoming calls
- Organize calendar and coordinate appointments, meetings, business trips and related presentation preparation
- Prepare and coordinate business program for visitors
- Manage payment requests

2. Assistant function for CS Director
- Prepare, coordinate appointments and meetings for Head of CS and regular departmental meetings
- Prepare presentations for regular and ad-hoc executive meetings (e.g. MBV Executive Board meetings, HUB SEA1 meetings, Dealer Principal meetings, Dealer CS Manager meeting)
- Support budget monitoring, budget management for CS division and regular budget related requests
- Manage PR/PO and GR for Head of CS cost center.
- Support regarding annual Operative Planning (OP) tasks/Ad-hoc reporting and analysis on request

3. Project Management
- Lead smaller projects within CS division
- Coordinate cross-functional project of innovative and strategic matters
- Main point of contact for other departments in special project planning
- Prepare, follow up, and ensure the continuous improvements of projects, including reporting and analysis requests

4. Events
- Organize, coordinate internal and external CS events with dealers or business partners/Organize teamwork activities including division meetings & teambuilding
- Support event planning and execution for other CS departments

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- University degree (ideally Business/Economics) with at least 3 years of experience in secretarial and/or project management position
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English/Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal & communication skills and expelled customer focus
- Dynamic personality/Project management skills/Structural and analytical thinking
- Being confident in working independently or in team
- High level of soft skills to ensure smooth procedures under time pressure and with various stakeholders
