Executive Recruiter (Internal Headhunter - Vietnamese Only)

Tiki is looking for Executive Recruiter to join us to support our fast-growing business by Talent Acquisition activities with Global Leaders. We need talented recruiters to help us find the best talent across Vietnam. In this role you will work directly with the Ecommerce Leaders, understand the ecommerce business model, and hire with speed and agility. This is an exciting time for Tiki, and we need an experienced recruiter who can attract the talent both locally and globally.
Recruitment
- Serving as an expert for executive recruiting, including work on continuous company and talent mapping in key regional areas for the company
- Conducting on-site interviews and participating in debriefs; performing 360 reference checks and presenting/negotiating employment offers on behalf of Tiki
- Acting as a talent advisor to Business Leaders – educating Hiring Managers about the external hiring marketplace. - Clearly communicating status and progress against open searches. Providing strategic guidance to executive leadership in matters related to top talent, both local and expat
- Updating information about recruitment trend, techniques to propose an improvement for the recruiting process.
Employer branding:
- Involve in EB activities (events, workshops, job fairs)
- Improve the brand identity of Tiki Corp on Facebook, LinkedIn with Senior Professionals both locally and globally.

- MUST have 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in an Executive Search Consulting services
- Experience in 360 Executive Recruitment with wide ranges network of related industries: Business Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain…
- Experience supporting ecommerce/digital/technical organizations is preferable
- Deep talent acquisition and workforce planning expertise with a proven track record of speedy delivery, juggling multiple competing priorities, and ensuring timely updates to all internal and external touchpoints
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills (verbal & written)
