Can start working after Lunar New Year
• Strategically develop Business Development & E-commerce plan with KPIs and timeline
• Lead the team to reach the KPIs through a detailed action plan, frequent review, close follow up of each account’s performance with schedules
• Closely work with related teams (internal and external) to enhance initiatives including e-commerce marketing, customer experience, …
• Closely work with the Marketing team is seeking new solutions and business opportunities following the market development and trend.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum 3-4 years: understand each platform (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Sendo, Adayroi, ...), working model, industry trend, OM…
• Minimum 2-3 years working as a team lead - to lead E-commerce team and external partners; develop and manage E-commerce team.
• Analyze data and give insights/ conclusion/ action needed to take/implications
• Digital marketing knowledge: will be a plus
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
• Strategy and planning skill
• Sales experience and KPI oriented
• Minimum 2-3 years working as a team lead - to lead E-commerce team and external partners; develop and manage E-commerce team.
