Mô tả công việc
1/ E-Commerce
- Responsible for planning and execute brands’ online stores
- Create plan for selling products, promotion programs, monthly related marketing activities to assure the assigned KPI
- Collaborate with other departments to execute discussed plan
- Contact with selling channels to initiate programs
- Follow and make sure the programs are on schedule as planned and assigned. Monitor the activities and offer strategies or adjustments if needed
- Support customer consultant via different selling channels
- Monitor inventory status and supervise online product’s warehouse keeper, assure the product’s quantity and always at best condition
- Responsible for comparing sales figure and inventory, check and input end-of-month bill into the brands’ POS
- Research and expand the potential selling channels to increase online channel’s KPI
- Provide information, product’s images, documents, contracts and essential data for channels so that they can post products, selling programs on their channels
- Propose necessary supportive service to make sure the activities’ process for each selling channels (delivery package material, selling management software…)
- Update and manage data, customer’s information
- Deploy suitable Customer Service programs for each selling channels
2/ Emailing
- Summary, manage, and update client’s database
- Collect information, image and work with Creative Team to come up with ideas and content for E-letter
- Send E-letter for customer monthly to advertise promotion programs, customer service and news
- Support other activities
- In charge of contact, negotiating price, execution, and follow up with wholesale contracts
- Monitoring delivery status
- Support selling activities or brand’s programs if needed (workshop, event, special event at the store/shopping mall,...)
3/ Report
- Report monthly revenue (twice per month)
- Report activities result, revenue for BOD each month

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration / Marketing / Commerce ….
- 1-2 years experience in Digital Marketing, e-commerce operations, shopping settlement, customer service…
- Understanding of E-commerce and/or familiarity with web analytics software and digital marketing tools is a big plus.
- Understanding of E-commerce fulfillment process and how to achieve cost effective business solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Personal Specifications:
- Having ability to work independently.
- Having ability to handle situations and communicate well.
- Be able to work under high pressure.
3.4. Other requirements:
- Good English skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Point.
- Proficiency in data analysis, dashboard skills.
