Mô tả công việc
- Be in charge of labor cost range from collecting data, calculating & reviewing budget, proposing counter measure in order to shorten the gap between the budget and actual expense
- Calculate monthly salary for all employees, calculate personal income tax and finalize personal income
- Control the data related to Social Insurance dept, including Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, sick & maternity allowance
- Support to implement annual evaluations of the company
- Other tasks as assigned by senior manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Female only at the age of 22 - 30
- University graduated with majors in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant fields
- Having at least a year experience at the same position
- Having knowledge or experiences of controlling budget or using Human Resource softwares is an advantage
- Gaining a good understand of labor law and insurance is an advantage
- Good at English or Japanese
- Good at Microsoft office and communication skill
- Controlling time efficiently, careful, willing to learn and help the others with warm heart
- Be able to manage multiple tasks & prioritize workloads
- Be able to work independently and work as a team
