* In this role, your goals will be:
- In three months:
• You will have solid comprehension of your campaign pipeline and task status
• You will have foundational knowledge of media agency’s planning tools and processes.
• You will have started to build relationship with key decision makers within your client portfolio and have set up a client engagement plan.

- In six months:
• You will be contributing to innovative ideas as part of the wider team planning process.
• You will be confident execution plans using our available range of tools and software to plan client campaigns
• You will have set up a data driven performance plan framework for your clients, to increase their campaigns effectiveness.

- In 12 months:
• You will be a trusted member of the team and autonomously taken the lead on managing digital planning and buying.
• You will be the first point of contact for key clients within your portfolio.
• You will be a coach for junior members of the team to achieve their goals.

** What your day job looks like at GroupM:
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and effective planning and implementation of the business’ digital media plans.
• Head and consolidate the team by being charge of consolidation reports and requirements, being the primary point of contact to clients for major deliverables, strategically guiding junior members in plan management as well as recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with Media Planners in developing strategies and objectives for brands on digital, as well as refining existing principles and practices with the use of data pulled from existing campaigns.
• Provide analysis, evaluation, and recommendations in tests and ad hoc projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency and experience planning, implementation, and evaluation of ads on various digital platforms.
• Works with Digital vendors to stay abreast of new innovations, to keep an eye out of fresh and strategic test opportunities across brands.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

*** What you’ll bring:
• Highly proficient in planning for and implementing campaigns on Facebook and across Google platforms, with substantial experience in drawing recommendations from Analytics dashboards of said platforms.
• Substantial knowledge of Ad Serving Technologies.
• Very comfortable working with data, and able to turn these into actionable implications
• An excellent work ethic, problem solving and proficient time management skills
• Experience working across either Media, Marketing, Consultancy, Business Analytics
• Proven experience in data interpretation & analysis
• Passion for learning and work effectively in a team environment

* Minimum qualifications:
• 3+ years experience managing Search / Facebook / Programmatic campaigns and relevant Digital experience
• Exceptional verbal, written, communication skills with an analytical mind set
• Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
• MS Office skills with advance knowledge in Excel
