What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Digital Ad Operations Executive, the go-to person in APAC for inventory forecasting and ad operation support. They ensure that all publisher information is centralised, easily accessible, up to date and clear for sales, creative, product and ad operations teams.

What will be your responsibilities?
● Be responsible for the Digital campaign delivery: Campaign Setup, Ad trafficking, performance optimisation and reporting regionally across APAC.
● Support publisher information and inventory forecasting.
● Managing and updating APAC inventory management and forecasting tools.
● Support other departments with inventory checks and forecasts.
● Create revenue and campaign reports.
● Validate and verify campaign reports prepared by other departments.
● Support on technical issues and troubleshooting during new publisher on-boarding and integration.

Do you have what it takes to succeed?
● Good English, written and spoken
● Great with numbers and math, able to analyze data efficiently
● Great attention to detail
● Professional level of MS Excel/Google Sheets
● Resourcefulness, able to come up with solutions
● Technical understanding in order to facilitate the resolution of technical issues.
● Have Digital Advertising knowledge - experience with running ad campaigns in digital platforms.
● Good working knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
● Familiar with an extremely fast-paced environment
● Able to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines
● Develop an excellent knowledge of the dashboard
