Developer/merchandiser

Job Location : District 1, HCMC

* Duties :
- Developer/ Merchandiser:
- Follow samples from development stage to sales and confirmation samples
- Order the material for sampling if factory don’t have the sourcing and follow up the material sending,
- Check the sample quality before sending to customers, inform the samples sending to customer by making a delivery note, Contact courier and/or Forwarder to arrange delivery of sample and check the Salesman samples invoice and follow up with the Division until factories receive the payment
- To go to factories when it is necessary, development files launching, samples schedule control, samples schedule quality check, any price issues to discuss on face to face with factory etc…
- To have overlook on prototype samples to give more comments for factory to make good official samples
- Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Follow up materials orders from oversea to make sure it is correct and on time delivery
- Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
- Handle merchandising related documents
- Negotiate price & timeline, prepare cost sheet
- Manage and follow up production and the delivery time frames
- Price negotiation to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness
- Understand the customer needs and requirements
- Weekly reporting to Management and perform other duties as assigned by Management

Gross Salary: 16,000,000-17,000,000VND

•Minimum 4 years' relevant merchandiser/developer experience
•Technical knowledge about the shoes
•Strong product and material knowledge, familiar with product development process
•Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive hard working and detail minded
•Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
•Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines
•Good command of written and spoken English
•Literate in Microsoft office programs
