Mô tả công việc
* Working place: Ho Chi Minh city office
* Contract term: 8 months
* Roles and Responsibilities:
Major role:
1. Managing commercial import of goods
2. Managing free of charge non-commercial import and export of goods
3. Arrange delivery of goods with all different types of incoterm till final customer
4. Arrange deliveries of dangerous goods
5. Custom declaration for import and export of goods
6. Cooperate with customs broker, forwarder and custom authorities
7. Arrange return delivery of goods
8. Prepare quality documentation in case of good damages
9. Manage suppliers to ensure best-in-class pricing, delivery, and service
10. Develop, implement quality protocols and perform quality checks
11. Contract management / contract setup including legal aspects for local and international suppliers
12. Liaise with shipping agency for import shipment and for goods delivery to customer site.
13. Identifies cost saving opportunities
14. Organize audit of suppliers of services linked to above mentioned tasks
15. Stock keeping for local warehouse and monitoring
16. Continuous reporting of all activities for KPI evaluation
17. Take over any further task within Krones Vietnam service department requested by head of department
Backup role:
1. Contract management / contract setup including legal aspects for local procurement
2. Support local procurement department
3. Create and follow up purchase orders
4. Follow up documentation before payments to supplier

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor or Master in business economics, customs, logistics or similar
• Ability in management and high social competence
• Holistic and cross-functional thinking
• Profound knowledge of MS Office and SAP (B1)
• Self-confident and friendly manner
• Resilient and innovative personality with excellent communication skills
• Languages Vietnamese and English, additionally German preferred
• Several years experience in customs / logistics departments
• Good relationship to customs authorities
• Basic technical understanding in the food/beverage industry or similar
• Strong negotiation skills
• Following international compliance rules
• Ability in management and high social competence
