Customer Support - Fluent English - Aaa Fps Game

We are looking for a customer support agent to join our Swedish game developing team, working out of our office in beautiful Da Nang.

Your work will be focused on dealing with support issues regarding two AAA FPS Games, per email, social media etc. Initially there will be A LOT of gaming, to get used to and to understand the games. You need to enjoy FPS games for this job to make sense for you.

You will work very closely with our team in Stockholm with daily stand-up meetings over Skype.

This is a long term position, minimum 1-2 years. If you do not plan to stay in Da Nang at least 2 years, please do NOT apply.

We apply a 3 months probationary period to this position.

After your probationary period we will start the process of your work permit. For that we need 2 documents:
1. A criminal record check from your home country
2. Your Bachelors Degree or a Certificate of Employment from prior employers

Both documents needs to be legalized by your home country or embassy and then legalized here in Vietnam or at any Vietnamese Embassy.

* Must be result oriented.


Not required, but a big plus:
* Gamer
* Married to a Vietnamese or have children here
* Native English speaker or Native level
* Bachelor’s degree
* Experience in gaming or related fields or QA
* Fluent in 2nd language. E.g. Chinese, German or Russian
* Experience with web­-based customer support applications (Zendesk, Intercom etc)
