Mô tả công việc
* Customer Service
- Give high levels of customer service to customer.
- Forward customer request/feedback timely to related departments.
- Report to the CS Manager on matters of customer service.
- Process new customer profiles (i.e. supply contract, quotations, selling price)
- Follow-up outstanding debt and collections
- Report of Customer Sevice Department: (monthly sales forecast, forecast accuracy, demand review, service level report, and other reports)
- Handling customer complaints.

- CHINESE or ENGLISH are advantage
- Good at Excel, Word and Outlook
- 3 year experiences in CS OR ADMIN JOB
- Be able to work under high pressure and independent.
- Soft Skills: Negotiation, Problem solving
- Characteristic: Thorough, Careful
- Work station: HCM
