Mô tả công việc
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Perform customer verification
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Organize workflow to meet customer time - frame
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Maintain customer databases and administrative relations
• Handle other duties as assigned
* Working address:Royal center, 235 Nguyen Van Cu street, dist. 1, HCMC
* Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from University or College
• Experience in insurance industry, customer services is a plus
• Adaptability, initiative
• Be able to work independently under high pressure
• Positive attitude with a "can do" approach
• Remain helpful, tactful and courteous at all times
EDUCATION
• College/University graduated (prefer Foreign languages)
SKILLS
• Proficiency with MS office Detail-oriented and accurate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Well organized
• Graduated from University or College
• Experience in insurance industry, customer services is a plus
