Mô tả công việc
- Manage order from receiving purchasing order till receive payment;
- Coordinate with related teams to update delivery schedule and loading confirmation to customer;
- Carry on a business negotiation with customers, follow up with customers issues and inquiries;
- Resolve problem and ensure to provide the highest level of service to customer with aim of achieving business retention;
- Perform other duties as assigned by Managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Female, under 28 years old.
- College or Bachelor degree in related fields;
- At least one year working experience in forwarder and logistic companies;
- Fluent speaking and writing English;
- Good knowledge of export and shipping, trading document procedure;
- Strong communication and negotiation skill;
- Master Microsoft Office;
- Be able to work in high pressure environment;
- Have ability to perform multitask.
