Customer Service Associate wanted: techie, customer-oriented, amazing English skills.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting via email, live chat.
• Collect customer compliments and complaints, ensure resolution, documentation and follow up by communication with internal and external partners.
• Train, and develop Customer Service Team around the world (mainly in North America, EMEA and APAC regions).
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Must have
• Passion to deliver a world class customer experience.
• Native or near-native English and strong Western cultural knowledge (IELTs 7.0 or above). Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is a big plus.
• Experience interacting with customers in some capacity (either via phone, chat, in person, etc.).
• Technically savvy: comfortably navigate in a fast paced, technical environment. Ability to sort out how technology works when things go wrong.
Nice to have
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong relationship builder with both internal and external customers
• Knowledge to adapt your approach depending on customer communication styles
• Exhibit the behavior of listening more than you speak
• Virtue of patience and ability to remain calm under stress
