The SAP Functional Consultant assists our customers in the deployment or upgrading of SAP solutions by supporting project teams and customers in aligning business needs with module and solution functions. They are actively involved in project phases and technological solution support.
Main role and responsibilities:
• Help customers in defining their needs and direct them to the corresponding modules and functionalities
• Carry out functional specifications and systems.
• Conceptualize functional analyses and the modeling of business processes in relation to project targets.
• Ensure the evaluation of business requirements and application requirements.
• Perform the configuration of modules according to the business needs of the customers.
• Ensuring a cross-sectional view of the client's functional needs.
• Collaborate with the client's business and technical specialists, as well as with the IBM and LGS project team.
• Ensure the correlation between the development of solutions and the functional needs of the customer.
• Provide support and important technical and functional support during the deployment phases.
• Develop and provide leadership during testing and quality assurance phases
• Maintain technical documentation and transfer knowledge related to its responsibilities.
• Act as a consultant in their area of expertise and represent their department when interfacing with decision-making and technical bodies.
• May be asked to coordinate the integration of other solutions and features to complete projects.
• Provide an overwatch role in order to understand and anticipate trends in their area of expertise, and make appropriate recommendations in terms of developing best practices for the company.

Basic requirements:
- You must be a specialist of the CRM ‘SAP’ to apply for this job
- Education : University Bachelor or Higher Education
- Minimum years of experience : 5+ years in the technologies required in the job descriptions
- Languages : Fluently in English or/and French (spoken and written)
Required skills:
- Possess at least 2 concrete experiences of implementation of one or more SAP modules, ideally with the S/4Hana suite
- Asset: possess one or more SAP certifications
- General knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies
- Strong analytical, incident resolution, and problem solving skills
- Make quality decisions
- Be results-oriented and able to meet service level agreements
