* MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Creative Director will conceptualize creative designs and proposals for offline target audience engagement that consists of event (conference, product launch, corporate event, sport event, roadshow, gala dinner, activation), exhibition booth, creative materials POSM. In addition, the Creative Director also builds and develops a creative team, in collaboration with event operations team, generates ideas for proposal, and turning ideas into reality. Experience in 2D or 3D design, and strong conceptual thinking, art skill, proposal-writing and presentation skills.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
• Generate wow and feasible creative concepts across all existing and emerging experiential platforms as well as to address clients’ business needs that are rooted in brand/product/audience activation and engagement objectives with deep audience insights.
• Create solutions that will have a business impact on clients as well as an experiential impact on consumers.
• Conceptualize, communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices. To ensure the ideas are powerful in reality and accountable for the overall quality of the creative concept from pitch to its execution. And is executable within the budget.
• To direct the expression of those ideas across all platforms and media like live events, digital, social, etc.
• Responsible for continually seeking new inspiration, keeping up with design and technological trends and developments, defining creative methodology, and leading the creative team to consistently innovate and deliver high quality deliverables.
• Ability to art design is a must. Event experience is required.
• Ability to do hand sketches is a plus.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an associate creative director or creative in a creative agency with event portfolio.
• A solid academic background in and a mastery of one or more of the following disciplines – Art Direction & Design (Graphic design, advertising, art direction, etc.)
• Strong proposal writing, presentation deck design and persuasive presentation skills.
• A creative storyteller with the ability to write both strategically and creatively.
• Well versed in brand experience, especially in events.
• At least 2 years of design team management experience.
• An unmatched passion and energy for creating live events.
• An extensive understanding of all creative disciplines, including conceptual and executional.
• Willingness to push forward brace ideas.
• A solid understanding of the event industry at large.
• English language read and write is required, and verbal communication proficiency is a bonus.
