Mô tả công việc
1. Operation
- Closely work with Director and / or BOD (direct and indirect) and Community Head
- Responsibility to staff recruitment, internal training , HR management. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management"
- Handle a wide range of administrative and on-site support (including the canteen activities)
- Responsibility for the facility, technology on a daily basis
- Directing and overseeing the operations for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes"
- Control the operation expenses and balance to the budget including the invoicing
- Plan and coordinate indoor team and outsources for marketing and sales activities
- Manage and oversee design strategy for specific projects, surfacing objectives for design, community / experience and technology requirements, and key planning concepts, that align with client and company goals
- Assist in the construction and fit-out works
2. Community
- Support admin / receptionist in greeting members and facilitating their requests
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Prepare program, package fee, drafting agreements and organizing memberships for new members
- Managing all membership (new, renew and terminations)
- Site visit tour to potential members
- Outline and planning event as requests (including arrangement workplace, decoration, facilities and welcome support)
- Outline and planning in creation the community of workplace (including program set up, facilities, marketing and host)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Fluent in English, Chinese or other language is an advantage
- Proficient in computer (Microsoft Office, Online marketing)
- Experience in hospitality or office leasing industry
- Good at Interpersonal and Communication Skills and ability to expand relationships;
- Good at organizational/time management skills (especially in managing multiple issues/projects concurrently)
- Able to work under high pressure, independently and in teamwork
- Enthusiasm, dynamism, proactivity
- Proficient in computer (Microsoft Office, Online marketing)
- Experience in hospitality or office leasing industry
