Salary: USD 1,200-1,500 + Bonus

Job description
This role is to lead the local Vietnam Can-Achieve team towards our vision of being a competitive company to other counterpart, and make continuous efforts driving the revenue and attracting new clients while supporting the Can-Achieve’s goals and values. To reach the business targets and realize a significant business growth.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- To review the existing company and to define the appropriate competences in line with business strategy and targets, and decision making.
- Deep understanding of market segmentation for study abroad programs and industry type, familiar with local Vietnam agent companies and able to motivate with local agent with positive imagination of company
- To build up a result-oriented team culture through strong team spirit and good internal communication, able to review staff performance regularly
- To lead, motivate and coach the staff in the process and upgrade their overall skill level
- To allocate financial and human resources to appropriate projects
- To build and maintain relations with senior staff and ongoing customers, as well as to set up smooth relationships with local authorities/groups. Also with headquarter office and other board members in management level

- Visa eligibility (Vietnamese citizens): 10+ years working experience and more in business development in study abroad industry, general management experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with strong reading, writing, and public speaking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in local or higher from an accredited oversea institution (if applicable)
- Desire to work on a multi-cultural team in an international environment, and understanding the global culture background of company
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong leadership skills, and organizational and time management abilities
- Capable to handle frustrations
