Summary:
As the Country Manager, you will be responsible to develop SC Johnson business and reputation across all trade channels in Vietnam. You are required to lead and collaborate with the full-service distributor to deliver profitable sales growth, building value share and improving spending effectiveness in all trade channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the full-service distributor to deliver budget commitments for all trade channels with strategic thought leadership
• To collaborate with the full-service distributor to implement systematic and cost-effective coverage of outlets in the region / area with appropriate outlet classification as per aligned target
• Manage nationwide retail trade channels, primarily modern trade and traditional trade channels to achieve aligned instore presence and target distribution coverage to grow the shared profitability
• Deliver route to market excellence to drive the share growth to achieve distribution, pricing, shelving and merchandising objectives of new and existing products within outlets on direct coverage by region / area across channels
• Develop a collaborative approach with the SC Johnson across functional team members to deliver our business objectives
• Ensure all aspects of accounts and activity including negotiation, presentations, new line launches are well implemented to achieve the results
• Achieve sales and share growth objectives while focusing on value creation and lead net revenue management efforts to deliver profitable sales

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
• Bachelor’s in Business, Economic, or related field
• At least 10 years’ experience with minimum 5 years in managerial role in relevant position within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Experience in trade marketing and managing distributors will be an additional advantage
• Has strong in leadership, communication, selling and making decision with data
Job Requirements:
• Permanent – full time job
• Bachelor’s in Business, Economic, or related field
• At least 10 years’ experience with minimum 5 years in managerial role in relevant position within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Experience in trade marketing and managing distributors will be an additional advantage
• Has strong in leadership, communication, selling and making decision with data
