Mô tả công việc
• Processes food and beverage invoices.
- Checks daily purchase to various kitchen, bar and store.
- Checks invoices for acknowledgement of receipt of goods.
- Checks arithmetic accuracy.
- Checks unit cost to ensure that they are charged as per contract price.
- Processes store requisition.
- Checks all store requisitions have been properly approved by authorised person.
- Checks on outlets requisition and keeping stock above par.
• Costing.
- Calculates potential food and beverage cost of various outlets and overall cost of sales so that immediate action on cost control can be taken.
• Receiving Department.
- Keys in computer on daily receiving function.
- Helps to check and match invoices or delivery order with purchase order or purchase requisition.
- Spot checks on receiving of goods to ensure that they are in accordance with the specification set by Management
- Does full receiving if receiving clerk is on leave.
• Controls inventory of Store items.
- Random checks of store level as to control losses, spoilage, damage and obsolescence. Carries out monthly stock take of store items.
- Reports discrepancies to Cost Controller.
- Controls inventory in food and beverage outlets.
- Random checks of par stock level.
- Schedule periodic spot checks of bars and kitchen areas to check on the proper usage and storing of raw materials
- Spot checks on portion and wastages.
• Conducts yield tests and buffet costing.
• Assist in the monthly inventory.
• Ensures that all storage areas are clean and maintains high hygienic standards
• Adhere to Hotel Handbook and general policies and procedures
• Adhere to Finance Policies and Procedures
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Financial Controller or designated person or Cost Controller.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Accounting or related field.
• Experience: One year experience in accounting, familiar with MC system.
• Credentials: Working Experience in 5 Star Hotel Security Department Works preferred
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Has good knowledge of hotel operation, focus on cost of food and beverage, Inventory.
• Problem Solving, Customer focus, Motivating and team work
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
• Education: Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Accounting or related field.
