Mô tả công việc
- Reduce reputational risk in coordinating for strategic and functional corporate communication;
- Formulation and implementation of group company specific communication, concepts and guidelines;
- To streamline our voice internally and externally harmonize with other departments;
- To develop and implement PR strategy to ensure that Fico-YTL is favorably perceived by most relevant stakeholders and public.
1. Internal Communication:
- Internal information towards employees;
- Coordinate communication’s matters with other departments;
- Prepare ideas/ topics and develop them into finished articles for internal communication purposes.
- Setup and sustain all departments and site communication champions.
2. External Communication:
- Edit and develop documents: Company annual review, Sustainable Development review, Corporate Profile, presentations,
articles, media releases, etc.;
- Manage corporate website.
- Support communication activities of Sales, Marketing, HR, Hevea…;
- Support SD manager in public relations.
3. Define key message & external message content:
- Develop desired corporate image, support Executive Committee in activities and press related activities;
- Media relations (supported by Head of SD Unit): Identification of key media; build and maintain relationships to key media/ journalists;
